At Glen Oroua School our students are split between four Houses:
Kiwi (yellow)
Tūī (blue)
Kea (red)
Kakapō (green)
House leaders are selected from within their House at the start of the year, and they are mentored throughout the year to develop their leadership skills.
House points are earned throughout the year through participation in school and cluster events, with a trophy presented to the House with the most points at the end of year prize-giving.
Points are earned for positive behaviour choices, reinforcing GO School GRIT values of Growth, Respect, Involvement, and Tenacity.
